About the Role
We are looking for a talented Machine Learning and Generative AI Engineer passionate about building intelligent, reliable, and scalable AI-powered products. You will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models, LLM-powered applications, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and autonomous AI agents. You will work across the AI stack, from data processing and model experimentation to production deployment, evaluation, and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade Generative AI and machine learning applications.
- Build LLM-powered applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and open-source models.
- Develop advanced RAG pipelines, semantic search, vector embeddings, document processing, and knowledge retrieval systems.
- Build agentic AI systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or Microsoft Agent Framework.
- Design multi-agent architectures, tool calling, workflow orchestration, and autonomous task execution.
- Experiment with prompt engineering, context engineering, prompt optimization, and structured output generation.
- Develop and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models for relevant business use cases.
- Implement model evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, relevance, hallucination rates, latency, and cost.
- Optimize inference performance, token usage, model selection, and AI infrastructure costs.
- Work with vector databases such as Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, or PostgreSQL with pgvector.
- Build multimodal AI solutions involving text, images, audio, and document understanding.
- Design data ingestion, preprocessing, chunking, embedding generation, and knowledge indexing pipelines.
- Deploy and monitor AI services using Docker, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement responsible AI practices, security controls, observability, and robust error-handling mechanisms.
- Collaborate with product designers, Flutter developers, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver impactful AI experiences.
- Stay current with emerging research, open-source models, AI frameworks, and advancements in machine learning and Generative AI.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, or software engineering, with substantial hands-on experience building Generative AI applications.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, open-source models, prompt engineering, and production LLM application development.
- Strong understanding of RAG architectures, vector search, embeddings, semantic retrieval, and reranking techniques.
- Experience with AI agent frameworks, function calling, tool integration, and workflow orchestration.
- Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals, neural networks, model training, evaluation, and optimization.
